I've got a lot of pictures this month!
Elfie came back December 1st and this year he brought the most adorable cookies for the girls to enjoy!
Advent calendars are always a favorite treat daily leading up to Christmas.
Brooklyn received a Student of the Month award and we were so proud of her!!
She's such a hard worker!
It was hat day at school and she wore the strangest hat she has and it was a total hit. She loves being weird and enjoyed sharing how the hat worked all day long.
Almost too cute to eat but they were too deicious not to!
Christmas pajamas along with a candy cane for a little December treat
My favorite view for the month of December!
it never gets old.
The cats have claimed this chair their favorite spot. They love sleeping here especially when the sun is shining on them. I guess I can never move it.
If I was working in December I was wearing something Christmas~y
There were lots of wrapping with warm coffee and movies
Kayla started physical therapy for her knee
June enjoyed the coziness of home
It was actually cold this month and Brooklyn loved dressing the part!
More wrapping.
I didn't need another coffee mug but I just couldn't pass up this one!
Chris made the homemade biscuits and I made the rest
The girls made hot cocoa bombs to hand out to their friends for Christmas.
Warm clean towels are the perfect spot for a kitty to warm up on
The sweetest little Christmas gift from one of the students I work with.
enjoying a hot cocoa bomb after school on rainy day
Brooklyn wanted to wrap Kayla's gift so I gave her a roll of wrapping paper and this is what her room looked like later. She had quite the struggle trying to wrap but she wanted no help so she carried on.
By far my favorite picture of the month! lol
cold frost mornings
Christmas caramels
Our home Christmas ready!
Elfie
Kayla loves to set up movie dates with groups of her friends, Brooklyn of course is always a part of those so while they were out seeing Spiderman Chris and I fit in a last minute date night.
Brooklyn always helps me make snickerdoodles
Picked up rosemary tree and packed some treats for one of our favorite neighbors.
more baking
these two always join me to watch old movies
our fireplace stopped working the week of Christmas. Chris tried to fix it a couple of times but it still doesn't work. If only we could just have a real wood burning one!!!
Our favorite Christmas dessert!
Vanilla Bean Noel Cake
The day after Christmas I was putting away some of the decorations and found this one checking out all the empty spots she could.
I piled the decorations on the table, poured a glass of champagne and then finished watching Emily in Paris.
June is trouble but she makes me laugh everyday so I can never be mad at her!
Kayla got her brace off!!!
She is doing amazing with her knee and can already bend it completely which doesn't always happen after this kind of surgery.
The night before New Years Eve we gathered to celebrate my Mother in laws birthday. I was soooo excited to see my nieces and nephews especially this little chunk!
I mean, he just fits and I think we should just keep him as our own!!
Opening their Christmas gifts!
Nonny with all her grandbabies
Brooklyn is so good with entertaining her cousins
What a fun month December was!
