Brooklyn's last middle school award ceremony.

The first day of Summer we spent swimming

The girls off to high school cross country practice together.

Kayla was chosen as one of the varsity team captains for cross country.

The girls had a team practice down at the beach which was a fun day for them.  They went on a long run, did some workouts and then got to spend the day hanging with their friends.

Family pool day to celebrate father's day

Brooklyn and her boyfriend went out to lunch and played glow golf with his mom and sister.

She had so much fun but unfortunately got food poisoning and was out for quite awhile.  Her boyfriend brought her by a little treat to help her feel better.

Poor Brooklyn was still feeling bad so she didn't get to go to the baseball game with us so we took Kayla's boyfriend instead.  We had a fun night and I was happy to get this guy in an Angel's shirt instead of a Dodgers one

We celebrated my grandmother's birthday again missing poor Brooklyn.  My grandmother was so excited for cake and candy!

Kayla had her senior beach day so we dropped her off and then the rest of us went to a separate beach to hang out.  Brooklyn found a book she liked and I was so happy she was reading!  She is very rarely found reading a book.
