Sammy the Spotted Owl & Disneyland

Meet my beautiful antique toolbox....

Now meet Sammy the Spotted Owl in front of my beautiful toolbox.
Kayla made Sammy at Build A Bear on Monday for her Birthday
If you have not been there before it is very overwhelming. I was overwhelmed so I could only imagine how poor Kayla felt in there.
There are atleast 25 different types of animals to choose from. Kayla chose the Owl rather quickly and we got to work stuffing the little lady.
The heart was picked and Kayla was told to shake and rub the heart to get it started

Then she gave the heart a kiss and into Sammy it went
After Sammy was all stuffed and full of love Kayla took her to the bath area. This was the most exciting part for Kayla, when she pushed down with her foot a blast of air would come out to fluff Sammy. She thought this was great :)
Now to the overwhelming part......dressing Sammy took forever!
There were so many different outfits it was ridiculous. The only thing Kayla was certain of was that she wanted the purple guitar for Sammy.
We finally found an outfit and got Sammy all dressed up
Kayla was happy when we were finally done
Now off to Disneyland we go
I'm already ready to go home by now. It was really hot and there were too many people there for me. Also Ms. Kayla was not being her best, she needed a nap and we dealt with major attitude that day.
But it was her Birthday so we bit our tongues and went on. I think Brooklyn was annoyed with the day as well. We did not get any pictures of her smiling that day, she was very serious the entire time.
Align CenterKayla on the other hand still had a good time.

Silly faces with Daddy

Finally the day was over..... Brooklyn you can finally take your hat off.
What a day, I think I have had enough of Disneyland for awhile.
