For the past 3 years we have had our parents over to celebrate the 4th of July at our house. We can see the fireworks from our backyard so it works out perfect with the kids.
This year we had a water balloon toss which of course ended in a water balloon fight.
Kayla loved the water balloons, she was cracking up the entire time.
The night ended with the firework show.
It was Brooklyn's 1st 4th of July and she loved watching the fireworks.
We had so much fun and I'm already looking forward to next year!
I will definitely be adding some more games :)

Shannon your family is so beautiful!!! So glad you had a nice 4th of July! Fireworks are hard with little ones...mine are always asleep long before it's time to see them. You are lucky that you can see yours from your home, that's how it was when I was little :)
