Sunday afternoon we celebrated Brooklyn's 1st Birthday, we kept it small with just grandparents, great grandparents and our siblings. It was still pretty hot out so we all gathered indoors to take a look and spend some time with the little girl that has grown so fast!
Of course we celebrated with cake.
It was her first taste of cake and we all thought for sure she would go crazy and eat the whole thing, cuz this girl LOVES food.
But she wasn't too sure of it, she did however like the blue butterfly made out of frosting so once that was gone she was pretty much done.
I don't even think she actually tasted the cake but she still had a good time and loved all her presents. She has played with every single one of them and was even pretty interested in the clothes she got.

I remember when my oldest turned 1 and how fast it went! and now she's 9 and it seems like it's going even faster! enjoy every minute!
