I found this recipe over at Simply Sara and thought it looked like a fun thing for Kayla to make.
All you really need are Mini Pretzels, Hershey Kisses and Sprinkles(Sara used Smarties).
Kayla got to work laying out all of the pretzels on a wax covered cookie sheet
Then she topped each pretzel with one Hershey Kiss...unwrapped of course.
After we baked them at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes I took them out and then placed a few heart sprinkles on the chocolate.
It probably would have been easier to use the Smarties Candies that Sara used because it would have flattened the chocolate out easier.
I had to use a spoon to spread the chocolate and then placed the sprinkles on.
They are the perfect mix of sweet and salty.
They look pretty all decorated for Valentine's Day,
although I know they will not last that long around here :)

Those are sooooo adorable. I'm having a birthday dinner for a friend on the 13th and these are a must. Thanks for sharing. p.s. I won't look as cute as your daughter does making them. What a doll. Be blessed.

I make these all the time......but I use Rolo candy and top it off with a pecan. Yummy!
I was just going to post that you NEED to try the rolo turtles, they're made the same way and topped with a pecan. They're to die for.
