Easter is right around the corner and I have been wanting to plant for the past month but it seemed that everytime I had a free day to do so it was raining.
Finally this weekend it did not rain although we did wake up to a bit of snow Saturday,
in April,
in California???
It ended up melting away by afternoon so I went out and bought some flowers.
It ended up melting away by afternoon so I went out and bought some flowers.
I got just enough to fill a few pots around the yard.
Hopefully by next weekend I can make sure there will be no rain in the forecast for Easter.
We are having Easter at our house with all of the family and then the following Sunday we are having Ms. Kayla's 4th Birthday Party here as well.
So if the weather looks good I will be purchasing a few more flowers and herbs for the yard.
Our roses are already blooming and luckily survived the little bit of snow we received.
We love being able to sit out in the backyard at night to eat dinner or to just watch the girls run around and play.
Soon enough the evenings will be warm so we can be out back more and having flowers everywhere makes everything seem so much prettier.
