Just as following comes before leading
Failing pushes one for preparing
While preparing prevents one from failing

Kayla has been practicing softball everyday and she is actually pretty good!
She started out having daddy throw her the ball and she would hit it just about everytime!
We decided we better have her practice catching and throwing as well and she loves it.
I think we have a good softball player in the works :)

She's such a cutie Shannon. Don't you just love watching them learn new things? My daughter is four and I love watching her change...it is a little bit sad though since it seems like she's getting so big so fast.
