Santa Barbara Part II

Tuesday was spent at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and The Ty Warner Sea Center.
We had debated over taking the girls to the Museum of Natural History, we thought Kayla would most likely enjoy it but weren't sure if Brooklyn would.
Luckily we went because both of the girls enjoyed it and so did we.
Not only was the Museum filled with interesting exhibits but the grounds were absolutely beautiful!

Right next to the museum is the Santa Barbara Mission.
We didn't have time to stop and walk through it but I definitely want to go back to see it soon.

Up next was the Ty Warner Sea Center out on the pier.
It's actually really small inside but was still well worth the visit.

Inside we got to touch small sand sharks and there was a tank filled with starfish that you could feel and hold which we could barely keep Brooklyn away from.

Here is Kayla hoping to find out that they caught some sand crabs as they pull up the basket from the ocean floor.

After spending some time in there we decided to go back to the hotel so the girls could get some rest before dinner.
Around dinner time is when the rain finally moved in.

Wednesday morning we woke up to another beautiful day but unfortunately it was time for us to head back home.
I can't wait to go back to see everything else Santa Barbara has to offer.
It was a fun little getaway and the girls really enjoyed it and also can't wait to go back.
Kayla really misses the museum and keeps asking when we can go there again.
