This year Brooklyn tried out Cross Country at her middle school. It wasn't really something she wanted to do at first but Kayla did her best to talk her into it and Chris and I may have helped push her a bit to trying it too. She is one of the fastest girls in her grade and we knew she would excel at it, which she did! Her times and placements were always in the top 10 runners and she improved every time she ran. She complained in the beginning about how she did not like it but at the end of her very last race she said she was sad it was over and was going to miss it! I think we may just have another cross country runner in the making.
