Since Chris was gone all week and it rained every day I had a lot to do to keep these little ones busy and entertained so I wouldn't have any bad days.
Here is Kayla done dancing.
For dinner I wasn't about to cook anything to gourmet for a picky 2 year old so we had the always a hit, box Mac & Cheese, I know you are all salivating at this delicious meal. Hey Kayla loved it!
On Thursday night we had Movie Night and watched the movie "Up" in bed. I asked Kayla if she liked the movie after it was over and she said "No, it was scary" It was a bit intense for a little kid, I wasn't too impressed with it either. Don't worry though she still slept okay that night.Daddy came home friday night to some yummy chocolate chip cookies Kayla helped make and a very excited little girl!!

Sounds like a GREAT week!!! Love those pictures of them ~ they are so cute! It is hard when hubby is gone but the busier you stay the easier I found too...
we always have canned green beans and mac n cheese when daddy's gone! My kids look so forward to it! A dance party is a great idea too!
Just too cute!!!
My first born cried for pretty much the first 4 months of her life...straight thru...and dancing was one of the only things that kept her happy, so we danced A LOT...and you're right, dancing while holding a baby is quite the workout!!

They are 2 of the cutest little girls I have ever seen! Those cheeks are fabulous! And I hate to admit it...but I LOVE boxed Mac & Cheese. I'll be over next time its on the menu. ;o) ~mary~
Oh so feelin' the pain of an absent daddy while mines away on business. Amazing what we miss when they are gone huh? Daddies are precious.
Blessings,
