Berry Yogurt Pops

This morning we made our favorite Blueberry Popsicles.

I love making these for the girls because they are a lot healthier than buying the sugary ones they pick out when we are at the store.

It is also nice to know the exact ingredients that I am putting in and that they are eating a healthy dessert or snack.

They are so easy to make which of course is another plus.

Berry Yogurt Pops
1 can (81/4 oz.) pear halves in syrup
1 cup blueberries
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt

Drain the pears, reserving 2 Tbs. syrup.  Place the pears, blueberries and reserved syrup in a blender.
Mix until smooth
Add the yogurt to the blueberry mix and blend again.
Divide among ice pop molds and freeze until firm.

Enjoy!

Great idea and really easy. I happen to be going to the Farmer's Market today. I'm going to be needing a lot of stuff since I linked up to the Yummy Friday Linky Party...so many recipes! I don't have one of those nifty Popsicle Tupperware thingys like yours. I'll have to improvise.
