A Party for a Princess

2 Years ago on Labor Day my water broke and I was off to the hospital to deliver one of the most beautiful baby girls I have ever seen.
2 years later I am recovering from a Princess Party that has left our house covered in dress up clothes, barbies, baby clothes, babies and magical fairy wands!
We also now have 2 girls covered from head to toe with glitter from all the princess toys received!

Brooklyn had a wonderful day and ended up with some wonderful new gifts.
She spent her day running around, avoiding any pictures that mommy might want to take,

(this is her avoiding me and not cooperating with the camera!)

she watched  "The Princess and the Frog", ate too many skittles and sour gummy worms and bounced the day away on the bouncer.

She got a ton of new great toys even though she lost interest in opening them after about 3.
But she has been playing with just about every single one of them since!
Of course all the adorable clothes she got are my favorites :)

After presents we sang 'Happy Birthday' and then enjoyed some Banana Cupcakes.
Except Brooklyn just ate the frosting and was then ready to play again.

This Thursday she will turn 2 and soon enough she will loose all of those little baby rolls I love so much!
Thursday we will have one more celebration with the girls and then it will be onto Celebrating Fall!

Looks like a fun day Shannon! The pic of Brooklyn not co-operating made me smile :)
