Party Time

Alright this is my last post regarding Kayla's birthday, I promise!
Saturday we celebrated with a Hello Kitty 5th Birthday Party.
By far my favorite kids party thrown, there is so many Hello Kitty goodies to be found wherever you go I had to control myself from spending too much.

I kept most of the Hello Kitty decor limited to things they could keep after the party.
This made me feel better when buying all this cute stuff.
I wish I would have taken pictures of all the candy, I found so many Hello kitty candies and pretty colored candies that went with everything.

Alright, lets get on with the day!

The kids played pin the bow on Hello Kitty

And we had a pinata!
I try to avoid these due to the amount of candy I really don't want in the house but Kayla has always wanted one for her party and since it was the big 5 as well as Cinco de Mayo we went with it.

Most of the day the kids were jumping in the bounce house.
This definitely has been one of our best buys, I recommend buying one if you know you will use it all the time like we do.

Birthday Girl!

Eventually it was time to sing Happy Birthday and eat cupcakes.
Chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes to be exact, which were delish!

and after cupcakes we had to open presents,
isn't this every kids favorite part?

so many great gifts!
I can't believe she is 5 and I know I say that every birthday but 5 seems so old.
She has grown so much in the last year and her personality has changed in so many ways and although I am sad she is growing up I am so excited to see who this little girl turns out to be!

Aw, what a great party!
Hannah would have been in love with the hello kitty theme. In fact, her bday is in nov and she is already talking about her "pump it up party with hello kitty stuff"

Too cute. She's a doll.

Random Q for ya too, in the last post (cute pic of you four at disney by the way) is the zip up hoodie that Kayla is wearing from Kohl's? My girls need new ones and I've seen those fuzzy ones around and they are so cute.
Thanks Shannon. Hope you are having a great day. :)
