Back Home

We are back home from our little family vacation to the beach and Sea World.

It was a lot of fun, the girls loved Sea World and were sad we had to leave.

Hubby and I had a good time but are definitely glad to be back home and looking forward to a weekend without the girls coming up soon! 

I still have to go through the pictures I took at Sea World and at the beach but figured I would share the ones I took on our first day of vacation for now.

 

We left Wednesday right before lunch time knowing we were going to take the girls to John's Incredible Pizza. 

They had never been there and when I heard there were rides and games for the girls to play I knew they would love it and it would be a great way to start off their vacation.

It worked out perfect since they had no clue where we were and didn't know about the rides we sat and ate and didn't have to tell them over and over to finish their lunch first.

Once they were all done we told them there was a rollercoaster and a few other rides they could go on.

Kayla was in heaven with the rollercoaster, she rode it about 5 times.

Brooklyn didn't want to go on it and seemed to be a little too small for most of the rides but that didn't stop her from having a great time.

They had a little carousal that she went on over and over again along with a little kid play area that she enjoyed running around in.

We stayed for quite awhile going from ride to ride over and over again.

After we left we made our drive to the hotel to check in.

Once we got settled in we headed out to Stone Brewing Co. to meet up with some friends we hadn't seen in awhile.

I had never been to Stone so I was really excited to go, we had planned to eat dinner there but we ended up having to just get appetizers since the main eating area was packed and we didn't want to wait for a table to open up.

The place is beautiful and so much fun, not to mention the beer is delicious!!!

The girls had fun exploring the grounds and Brooklyn put on a few mini concerts for us, this girl loves to entertain everyone.

We tried to get a picture of the kids together but this is as good as we got.

Everyone was on the loose and it was already past 8 o'clock so we were nearing the end.

It was about time to get back to the hotel because we knew we had a big day ahead and didn't want to start the day tired from the night before.

Besides the hotel had cookies and milk every night from 8 to 9 and the girls would have been pretty upset if missed that the first night.
Don't worry we made it just in time ;)
