Thanksgiving started out with apple cider donuts which made the girls happy of course. We watched the Macy's Thanksgiving parade and lounged around until it was time to get ready to go to my parents for dinner. Of course once we arrived at my parents the girls were instantly entertained playing cards, doing crafts or playing in the backyard. The rest of us stayed inside near the food snacking, drinking and catching up. The turkey was so delicious and as always I was completely stuffed and exhausted. We all were ready for a nap after all the delicious turkey we ate but somehow managed to fit in some dessert before it was late and time to head home. It was a great day spent with family and remembering what we are thankful for.
