Halloween Fun

Wednesday after picking Kayla up from school I set up some paint so the girls could paint their  pumpkins they got from their grandparents.  Kayla decided she didn't want hers painted because she liked the way it looks without any paint so while Kayla played Brooklyn painted her pumpkin.

We carved pumpkins on Wednesday night after hubby got home from work.  The girls picked out what they wanted their pumpkin to look like and then daddy carved them after the girls cleaned out all of the pumpkin guts.

Thursday the girls headed off to school and Brooklyn had her "Orange" party at school.  It was also crazy hair day for her as well.  She was very excited!!

I love being able to stop in and help set up for her parties and watch her at school.  They read stories and played hot pumpkin after they ate their orange lunch.

Thursday night I made Mummy dogs for the girls and Kayla and I watched It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, Brooklyn decided she wanted to go to bed since she knew she would be up late trick or treating the next night!

Friday it was off to school and home for the night the girls had been waiting for!

to be continued...
