March started off with Dr. Seuss day and hat day for Brooklyn and she was ready!
I was happy to be working at her school and getting to see her throughout my day.
After school she was so excited to show me how she already met her read a thon goal within the first week read a thon. She needed 12 points within 4 weeks and got 19.9 points in the first week!!
My father in law came for dinner that night so of course there was wine and little snacking while we waited for dinner to be ready.
When you catch a random moment of hubby holding the cat you take a quick photo!! Animals aren't his favorite but we've been breaking him in obviously.
More random surprises left on our bed from Brooklyn
She's the sweetest
Cuddles with my favorite kitty
a rainy day called for some hot chocolate
These two are always goofing around
I love watching old movies and Brooklyn will join me now and then, she definitely enjoyed watching the original Sabrina with me. She especially enjoyed it because she picked Audrey Hepburn to research for her her Wax Museum project.
Dropping off these two friends at soccer try outs.
Brooklyn drew and colored this adorable hedgehog, it is now framed in the family room
My cat has to sit next to me and this is how he reacts if Brooklyn gets next to me first
He'll just climb right on top of whoever is in his spot and make himself comfy no matter what.
We celebrated my moms birthday this month and all met up at one of our favorite restaurants.
Grandma with all of her grandbabies
I enjoyed a few bowls of Lucky Charms this month because it's March!
I had to make her get out of the car so I guess her reading in the laundry room is better than sitting in a dark car and trying to read.

This girl will be 12 in a month and if I want pictures of her I have to be sneaky!! Yay, for getting one while we waited at the dentist.
I had a rough day at work but it was nothing that red wine and olives couldn't cure.
Then guess what??
Hubby came walking in from work with my favorite cake because he knew I had a rough day.
Cali was barking and going crazy because we had workers installing our patio cover so to keep her calm I let her up on the ottoman on my favorite blanket as well. She was much happier but on high alert.
A sushi night is always a favorite night
Our weather has been warm and then cold, warm and then cold so when it was a perfectly warm day I enjoyed walking to work.
Brooklyn also enjoyed the warm weather and our new patio cover. She was doing her homework outside and the next day when it was raining she also wanted to do her homework outside.
Playing in the backyard together, YES please!
Another day working at Brooklyn's school, she almost made us late because she decided she had to change and wear stripes like her mama.
She had minimum day so afterwards we went out for Starbucks. I let her order a chai latte which is what I get and she was very happy. I love that she is still little enough to want to be just like me. #pleasedontgrowup
A quick picture because it was Friday and the last day before Spring Break. It was also Disney day at Brooklyn's school and she was super excited to wear her Minnie ears she got back in November.
After school Kayla went bowling with her friends to celebrate her besties birthday. I love when the moms send me pictures and knowing she is having lots of fun with all of her friends.
Now the countdown til Summer has begun and we can't wait. Every year after Spring Break is over we are over the school year. March was over pretty quick but I'm sure the next few months will not be as quick because we are full of anticipation waiting for those long Summer days.
