Stay Home ~ Week 7

Another week at home but atleast now my roses are in bloom and I can bring fresh cut flowers in whenever I want!

Brooklyn had been wanting to color the ends of her hair for months and I couldn't think of a better time to do this than now so here she is waiting for her new red hair to set.

It came out cute and has faded nicely in the past week so it's not even as noticeable.

This kitty is an indoor kitty but loves to be outside and he actually stays on our lap and listens when we tell him to stay.

We spent every morning outside last weekend.   We enjoyed coffee for hours and then daddy and the girls even played cards.  The weather was so perfect, unfortunately it's been much too hot since to be outside even early.

Kayla was up next to color her hair, she chose turquoise.   I was nervous to do her hair because it's short and not as easy to just cut it shorter if it looked bad.  It came out cute as well and has also since faded which now looks more like a green than the bright blue

The plastic kiddie pool has been pulled out and got a lot of use.

I bought a huge pack of Popsicles and the girls were excited to try out all the flavors.   Ice cold treats are a good way to keep these two playing outdoors all day.

 Yay for burger night!

The girls spent some time playing on Instagram using all of the silly filters.  They had us cracking up for quite awhile with all their shenanigans.

A fun s'mores night

It was 9am and Brooklyn walked out in her swimsuit ready to play in the pool

No caption needed! lol

Mommy's little buddy

Always sharing her lizards that she catches

Loving all the warm weather dinners we are eating lately.

Sure you all just woke up but feel free to take a morning nap!

I will definitely miss our bike rides/walks we go on all the time once things get back to normal.

The cats loved having all the covers off of the couches and the cushions thrown around they had lots of fun hiding places for the day.

We met up with family to celebrate a 93rd birthday for Chris's Noni.

It was sad having to be so far away and seeing her sister just wanting to give her a hug with tears in her eyes.

Another day means another family walk.

Hi Shannon!
The girls' hair looks so good!
Flynn has been asking, and I never thought to do the ends.
Great idea!
And have you shared that pasta recipe?
It looks amazing!!!
Happy Mother's Day, my friend.
And would you believe it is snowing here!?
