September Recap

September first started off as Disney day for Brooklyn.  Of course she was happy to get up and get ready for school on this day.

Evening walks are still stopped here and there so the girls can catch a lizard here and there.

Labor day weekend and almost somebody's birthday called for morning donuts!

Brooklyn's bestie moved to another city and they had not seen each other since back in March when they were still in school.   These girls were so excited to be back together again.

We hung out with the parents and the kids played games and watched the new Mulan movie with popcorn and candy.

I had taken my dad to a doctors appointment and then to pick up some medication and while we waited he picked out some Halloween decorations for the girls to put in their room.  The girls loved their new skull pets and now have them displayed in their bedrooms.

Our kittens are no longer kittens anymore.  They turned a year old on September 19th.

We celebrated September birthdays at my in laws and enjoyed getting in some cuddle time with this sweet boy.

and the girls had fun swimming with their cousin

JJ loves his cousin Brooklyn!
She kept trying to put him down and he would not let go.

September babies

Brooklyn, her daddy and uncles in the "eat a cupcake in one bite" challenge

Halloween mugs came out!

My father in law came over for dinner.   We ate dinner outside because it was a perfect evening.  Brooklyn went inside to watch Coco so we opened the windows and turned it up so we could watch from the patio.

Brooklyn's first day of Fall outfit was on point with a mustard yellow skirt and flannel!

Brooklyn likes to come out and read me whatever she writes for her school assignments.  We are still unfortunately having to do online learning which I'm not a fan of but atleast I get more time with my girls.

We ended the month of September with a pasta family night at my husbands uncle house.   We had a great time catching up with all of his cousins and the girls had so much fun playing with their cousins.
