I can't believe we are already here, the end of Summer! It always flies by and it's worse each year since these girls are growing up so quick. Our End of Summer Picnics have been going on for eleven years now and every year we look forward to our girls lunch time together. We read books, play games, sometimes the girls run around playing and we always talk about the upcoming year and sneak in some mother to daughter important conversations here and there. I love these two beyond words and cherish the times I get them just one on one with no distractions. This picnic time is just what we need to slow down and just be together.
