Yesterday we packed up our things and took a drive out to Scottsdale, Arizona. Chris already had vacation since we were supposed to be in Kauai so we figured we would atleast go on some sort of vacation. We knew Arizona would be warm enough to enjoy lots of pool time and just about everything is open so it would be perfect.
The morning started out with coffee and a healthy smoothie
The car was eventually loaded up and ready to go
The girls didn’t know exactly where we were going so they were excited
We made a quick stop to grab a delicious lunch
It was a four and a half hour drive with mostly desert to look at
But our room view made it worth it and the girls were very excited to see how nice the hotel was and can’t wait to play in the pools for the rest of the week
We headed out to dinner at a locally brewery/pub and had a great meal
After we were back to shower and then climbed into bed to watch a movie before calling it a day
Today we’ll be playing at the pool all day and I’m definitely looking forward to that!
