Since Wednesday morning was another amazing day filled with sunshine I figured we would have a picnic up in the mountains.
I also wanted to get some pictures of the girls and they were all for it as long as they could go exploring.
Once we got up there they weren't so into posing for the camera,
Brooklyn despises looking at the camera and Kayla is known for her half, fake smiles.
I took what I could get which was still worth the amount of fun we had together.
They weren't all so bad.
I fell in love with the chippy blue/red color of this and tried and tried my hardest to get a picture of the girls in front of it but after numerous tries of begging and bribing I couldn't get a good picture of them next to it.
Atleast next time I know where we will be heading to first!
Eventually they were completely over it and just wanted to roam around, so roam around we did.
We read all of our Easter books and then played tag where the girls wore me out and I wore them out.

I should take my girls up there more often! I always think it's so far but really it isn't.

I'm one of your, mostly silent, followers, and just wanted to let you know I read all of your posts.
Your girls are so dang adorable I can hardly stand it. By far the cutest in blogland - next to mine of course. :o)
Such a sweet family you have.
Happy almost Friday!!!
I want to go there! Gorgeous photos, of both the girls and the landscape. I thought you got a perfect one of them in front of the chippy blue wagon!
