We are enjoying a rainy day here and since the girls are on Spring Break we've been stuck inside all day doing some crafts and playing games. I thought I would show you an easy Spring wreath I recently made. The one I had last year pretty much fell apart and since I didn't feel quite like spending $40 on one I found in the stores I decided to pick up a few materials for cheap and see what I could come up with.
All I needed was a grapevine wreath to start out with, some pretty pastel eggs, hydrangeas and my hot glue gun.
I pulled the long stems off of the hydrangeas and hot glued them around a portion of the wreath and then followed by clustering the eggs together and gluing them down as well.
After I was done with the flowers and the eggs I realized it needed something else. I decided a little Spring banner would complete it so I gathered some craft paper and cut it into small triangles and stamped the letters on it and hot glued it together on a string of twine, tied it to the branches and it was done!
Super simple and fast!
I now have the perfect Spring wreath for my door.
