Ten On Ten

ten on ten button

T.G.I.F.
Not only is it Ten on Ten this Friday but the girls have a four day weekend as well which meant I got to sleep in this morning.
Well I thought I was going to sleep in but that didn't happen but atleast I got to wake up to these two cuties cuddling with me in bed so it was still a good morning!

After we got up and ate breakfast the girls watched a Halloween movie while I payed some bills.

When I walked into my room to take a shower I found this on my bed.  It always makes me happy when I see that Kayla wrote me something in our Mommy & Me book.  For more information on this book click here.

I had to grocery shop this morning which took forever since I got to the check out line unloaded most of the items from my cart to realize I had  completely forgotten about the food on the back of my list, Wonderful!  Back everything went in my cart so I could roam the aisles again to get what I had forgotten about it.  I really dislike grocery shopping!  Anyways after that mess it was time for lunch at home.

Even though the girls didn't have school today Brooklyn had some homework.
She was playing catch up since she was home sick on Tuesday.

Speaking of her being sick I've been making sure to drink lots of tea to keep healthy.  It seems whenever she is sick I end up sick probably because she is always right next to me cuddling.

While we were shopping this morning she picked out a Barbie phone to buy with some of her birthday money.  She spent some time calling her friends to chat this afternoon.

I watched Thursday nights episode of Parenthood while waiting for hubby to get home so we could go out to dinner.  I'm so sad this is the last season, I love that show so much!

For dinner we headed to one of our favorite pizza joints.  We all love it here and it always makes for a fun night!

We stopped by Trader Joe's on the way home for a few necessities and then back home to enjoy a quiet Friday night.

I'm looking forward to the next three mornings of sleeping in, fingers crossed!
