Over the weekend hubby and I celebrated our 12th Wedding Anniversary. Our anniversary was on Sunday so Saturday after the girls played their soccer games my parents took the girls home with them and hubby and I drove out to Temecula to visit one of our favorite wineries to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or two.
While we were talking away the owner came over and asked if I wanted to stomp on some grapes. I wasn't sure if he was serious or not so I didn't really jump at the oppurtunity but he was and talked me and another girl into doing it. I am happy I did because it was such a neat experience.
After the grape stomping he gave us a tour around and showed us how the wines are made. After the tour and finishing up our wine we headed over to another winery to grab a snack with one of our favorite appetizer platters and some more wine
For dinner we went to a nearby fondue spot and ordered the cheese fondue appetizer and then of course the chocolate fondue for dessert.
It was the perfect date afternoon/night with my love celebrating our 12 years of marriage!

Hope you had a wonderful anniversary ceremony! Last month we too celebrated our first anniversary and still can’t believe that one year has passed since we tied the knot. Our wedding was arranged at one of finest DC wedding venues and was a themed wedding. Still remember every moment clearly.
