Celebrating Brooklyn

Our final celebration for Brooklyn's 7th birthday was Saturday night with her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.   She chose the meal and desserts and spent the evening playing with her sister, cousin and hanging with the family

She really wanted a Winx Club party but it is nearly impossible to find anything Winx Club since it is an older show but thanks to the internet I printed out some pictures to make a little banner and then created a little sign for the snack table with her favorite character, Bloom, on a Happy Birthday sign I made for her.  She squeeled with delight when she saw those two decorations on her birthday morning.

At one point during the party I was wondering where Kayla was and I laughed when I found her in her room with her uncles searching for Waldo in her Where's Waldo books.  These girls are so lucky to have such awesome aunts and uncles!

Jonas searching for some fun new toys to play with.  His sister Josie was home with mama resting so we were missing one cousin at the party.

Cousin Tessa came and is looking so much bigger everytime we see her.  I can't wait until Jonas, Josie and Tessa are all running around our house!!!

Jonas really wanted to be in our family picture so as soon as we were done he took a picture with his cousins.

Isn't that number supposed to be smaller than a seven!?  #wheredidthetimego

Present Time!

She got some great gifts and loved them all!  She is seriously so fun to buy for because she genuinely loves gifts and shows her emotions everytime!

After three days of celebrating I was exhausted but it was all worth it.   Hopefully the next year will go by slowly so I can get used to the fact that she's growing up so fast!

We were so sad to miss the party! I still can't believe she's 7. I think of her as Jonas's age!
