The past two weeks flew by and we were pretty much doing something everyday.
I didn't always have my camera on me but took a lot of pictures with my phone.
Here is a look at what we did over the past two weeks of Winter Break,
Celebrating my grandfather's birthday,
Kayla helped her papa prepare the mashed potatoes for dinner.
I even got a present ;)
I loved this wrapping so I had to get a picture
The girls even got a few late Christmas presents.
Brooklyn was so excited to get Woody from the Toy Story movies.
With all the baking and prepping that went into Christmas dinner we made sure to go out to eat dinner a few times.
Mommy definitely enjoyed the break!
We also had a couple of movie nights
These are always a favorite with the girls, find a movie and give them popcorn and candy and they are over the moon.
Mommy also made sure to enjoy a few movies of her own while the girls napped
The dreaded clean up day.
I'm over all the mess and decorations so they come down the day after Christmas and every year I wonder why I have to decorate every room of the house?
For Christmas we got the girls tickets to see Disney on Ice.
They were so excited and watching their faces throughout the show was definitely the best part for us!

We had a couple of days we got to kick back and relax but not quite as many as I was hoping for.
Maybe Spring Break will be slower paced ;)
Daddy and Kayla coloring at Noni and Papa Buzz's house to celebrate Noni's Birthday
Taylor Swift concerts in the girls room and a few dance parties since the CD made it's way into our home
Another birthday party but this one was at Chuck e Cheese'
The girls had been waiting for this one since the break started.
We were all home for a lazy Sunday morning so Brooklyn helped me make Chocolate Chip Waffles
Nobody ever complains about this breakfast and it's always so quiet while we eat.
Today is back to school and I already have a list of things to do.
Looks like 2013 is going to be busy!

Looks like you had a great winter break! I am the same way the Christmas decorations come down the day after Christmas. Juliana cried when I took them down. My house is decorated from September to December by Christmas I am ready to have my house back.
Enjoy your day Shannon!
I always put off the cleanup myself.I now have to get motivated to do so.
Excited to do some redecorating though.
Nice you are enjoying the things that truly matter.
~Cheers & Blessings Kim
I put away my stuff the exact same way. I put it all on the counter and then start organizing it.
You guys were busy! Don't you love movie nights? I think it's so fun to cuddle up with my loves to watch a new movie.
